2Touch is a market leading supplier of contact centre services. Bradley O’Mahoney was tasked with heightening the profile of the business within the financial services arena and identified the Financial Services Forum (FST) – which included in its membership marketing directors of powerful players in the sector – as the ideal organisation to link with. By meeting with the FST in London, a number of opportunities were negotiated. These included the placement of authoritative articles within its printed magazine and website and the chance for a senior member of the 2Touch team to speak to an audience of potential clients.

Royal Quays

Royal Quays Outlet Centre has over 50 stores and hundreds of brand favourites at irresistible prices. Bradley O’Mahoney was appointed to manage and run the company’s media relations and social media, reaching out to target audiences and drawing customers in through twitter, facebook, blogging and regular website updates. The client provides information on store openings, special offers and guest visits which is then communicated to the general public via daily tweets and facebook updates.

Maersk Training

Maersk Training is part of the global shipping brand. It trains people from all over the world by travelling to where ever the maritime and offshore energy production industries are at work. Bradley O’Mahoney has worked closely with Maersk to promote new product launches, communicate important developments to coincide with changes in regulations around survival at sea, the opening of new training facilities and the introduction of new, key personnel into the business. This profile raising has taken place in the regional media and also via important sector magazine titles covering safety, oil and gas, wind and renewables.


Bellway is one of the UK’s most respected home builders and one that is fiercely proud of its North East heritage. After starting life as a small, family owned firm, the company is now one of the most successful in the UK and has a wide portfolio of new developments that stretch right across the region. Bradley O’Mahoney was appointed to work alongside the company’s sales and marketing team, supporting new openings via open days and special events, whilst also looking to bring a fresh impetus and creativity to pre-existing developments.

New Tyne Crossing

The New Tyne Crossing is one of the most significant capital expenditure projects to take place in the North East. This £200 million project has already greatly alleviated traffic congestion and has aided employment by allowing residents to travel more easily to jobs elsewhere in the region. Bradley O’Mahoney has represented the interests of the Tyne & Wear Integrated Transport Authority from the initial design and consultation stage through to a Ministerial Inquiry and to the official opening.

Hodgson Sayers

Hodgson Sayers is one of the North East’s most progressive companies operating within the construction sector. A true home-grown business, it has built an enviable track record for high-quality service. Committed to the development of its people, Hodgson Sayers was the first company from its sector in the region to become Living Wage accredited. Bradley O’Mahoney assists Hodgson Sayers in its marketing and communications, building strong relationships with the regional media, managing and maintaining the company’s website, blog and social media and producing an Annual Report.


AkzoNobel’s £100 million decorative paint manufacturing plant in Northumberland will be home to a number of household names such as the Dulux and Cuprinol brands. It is one of the most advanced production facilities in the world and Bradley O’Mahoney has worked alongside the company to ensure that the key principles that drive the business forward are communicated locally. Promoting the many community initiatives it works with and is looking to be part of, this includes its dedication to creating high-quality, long-term jobs.


Technip is a global business leader in the oil and gas sector, and the French company’s umbilicals manufacturing facility is now a familiar sight on the Tyneside skyline. We managed the media as part of a high profile opening event, delivering positive television coverage and powerful editorial in the business press by focusing on three key issues; job security, world-leading technology, and how Technip’s investment offers further confirmation that the North East is now home to an impressively wide range of international companies working in the oil and gas industry.
